For initial treatment- $125/ 2 hour. Follow up treatments-$125/treatment, unless a package of 4 or more is purchased in advance. If you purchase 4 or more treatments, then it is $95/treatment. PRE-NATAL MASSAGE (ATMAT) - $95/treatment
Pre-natal Massage a form of bodywork designed specifically for pregnant women. Pregnancy is a beautiful time in which a woman's body may experience tremendous stress due to dramatic physical, mental, and emotional changes. Using various techniques specifically for the new mother, Pregnancy Massage helps alleviate discomforts experienced throughout the pregnancy. The benefits are profound, including emotional support, the reduction of joint pain due to extra weight and postural imbalance, improved breathing and relaxation, and relief from uncomfortable digestive issues. The Arvigo Techniques of Maya Abdominal Massage Therapy™ (ATMAT) pre-natal protocol encourages perfect uterine position, strengthens the uterus, facilitates nerve and lymph system function and promotes blood supply to provide oxygen and nutrients to the uterus and baby. The round and broad ligaments also benefit from ATMAT to promote their role in uterine positioning.

INTEGRATIVE MASSAGE - $75/hour
A custom designed massage for each client that integrates various different types of massage techniques which may include some of the modalities below.

ENERGY BALANCING - $75/hour
May include a combination of energy balancing techniques such as Craniosacral, Reiki, and Energy Channels and Acupoints or one technique for the entire session.

In Craniosacral practice, rhythm and energy indicate harmony or imbalance.  Bones of the cranium, spine and sacrum serve as positioning sites for the practitioner's hands.  This therapy releases the soft or connective tissue of the spinal cord to improve the body's internal environment, dissipating pain and enhancing range of motion in joints that have been impaired by injury or disease.

Reiki is an ancient process of channeling  energy.  A non-invasive hands-on energy/touch technique helping to reduce stress, relieve pain and facilitate the healing process for many mental and physical illnesses and injuries.  Hands are placed on the body in specific patterns, allowing universal life energy to flow through.  Reiki works to give replenishment of body energies, mental clarity and focus. 

The Energy Channels and Acupoints technique can be used in conjunction with other modalities, including all of the above.  This technique opens and promotes flow of energy via acupressure points through the meridian channels. It promotes deeper energy  healing of one's body and spirit.

ZEN-TOUCH ™ SHIATSU  - $75/hour
Appropriate pressure applied, while stretching limbs in a gradual, nurturing fashion Zen-Touch™ enhances energy flow and stimulates vitality.  This type of massage is an innovative approach to traditional shiatsu/acupressure and Oriental bodywork.  Zen-Touch™ evokes deep health regenerating effects by balancing the body's life force energy. This form of bodywork allows clients to remain comfortably clothed  during sessions and can be done on a massage table.
